Visit the Hudson Valley Farm Hub on June 30th from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm for a field day on field crops production. This field day will specifically look at the tractors and equipment used to grow field crops in both no-till and conventional tillage systems.

The Farm Hub will present in-field demonstrations for several pieces of equipment including a speed disc, roller-crimper, various grain drills, Einbock tine weeder, and rotary hoe. Discussions about the systems and rotations we employ for growing field crops will also be woven throughout the day. Talks will be led by the Farm Hub’s field crops team in both English and Spanish, with interpretation provided by the Farm Hub’s Language Justice team.
