In celebration of this year’s Native American Seed Sanctuary harvest, the Hudson Valley Farm Hub is excited to release Seeds of Hope online.
This short documentary tells the story of a collaborative initiative to preserve Native American culture and foodways through seed saving at the Farm Hub. The project was formed in 2016 as a partnership between the Akwesasne community of the Mohawk tribe in Northern New York, the non-profit SEEDSHED, and the Farm Hub.
