Celebrating Lenape Heritage through Art

“Lenapehoking,” the first ever Lenape-curated exhibition in New York City, launched earlier this year at the Brooklyn Public Library. Artworks include beaded bandolier bags and tapestries made of Purple Kingsessing Bean vines, pods, and seeds that are part of a seed rematriation partnership between The Lenape Center and Hudson Valley Farm Hub.
